Box offices

The box offices will be open from 12pm on 24th April 2026. At the box office you can buy your ticket wristband and redeem your ticket voucher or Industry Night coupon.

Payment methods: You can pay with card, Twint, or cash at the box offices.

Information

  • Info-Point: For information and answers to any question relating to Industry Night go to the info point on Messeplatz (MCH Lounge) on Friday, 24 April from 12pm.
  • Baggage: Please do not bring any large bags.
  • Safety: You are advised to wear sturdy shoes.
  • Waiting times: There may be waiting times for some programme items that have a limited group size.
  • Accessibility: Unless it is stated otherwise, all programme items are wheelchair accessible. Please note the IVB transport service ↗.
  • Photos and videos: During Industry Night, photos and videos will be made for the purpose of printed and digital documentation and promotional measures as well as for press materials.
