Presale online

You can purchase a ticket voucher in advance on Eventfrog. On the day of Industry Night, the ticket voucher must be exchanged at one of the eight box offices (from 12pm) for a ticket wristband. You can also exchange your ticket voucher at our presale offices. With the ticket voucher you can travel free of charge by public transport within the TNW area from 4pm onwards.

Box offices

The eight box offices will be open from 12pm on 9th May 2025. At the box office you can buy your ticket wristband and redeem your ticket voucher or Industrienacht coupon.

Payment methods: You can pay with card, Twint, or cash at the box offices.

Information

  • Info-Point: For information and answers to any question relating to Industrienacht go to the info point on Messeplatz (MCH Lounge) on Friday, 9 May from 12pm.
  • Baggage: Please do not bring any large bags.
  • Safety: You are advised to wear sturdy shoes.
  • Waiting times: There may be waiting times for some programme items that have a limited group size.
  • Accessibility: Unless it is stated otherwise, all programme items are wheelchair accessible. Please note the IVB transport service ↗.
  • Photos and videos: During Industry Night, photos and videos will be made for the purpose of printed and digital documentation and promotional measures as well as for press materials.
  • Accommodation: Find the right accommodation at Basel Tourismus ↗.
