About Vanillaplan
The Basel based start-up Vanillaplan, currently employing ten people, has been developing and marketing a cloud-based software solution for the construction industry since January 2019. The main idea is to develop user-friendly and automated software for efficient resource and capacity planning, including a mobile app. In 2021, Vanillaplan developed an interface platform that can be used to transfer data from any IT system to Vanillaplan fully automatically. Since 2024, customers from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria have also been supported by a time and performance recording system. The AI-supported software for personnel planning automatically calculates the deployment of personnel and inventory for construction sites or projects. Over 70,000 projects have now been realized with Vanillaplan.
