The countdown to Industry Night this Friday has begun. Here, you’ll find all the essential information about the event to help you enjoy the programme and your discovery tour to the fullest.
Tickets
You can get your ticket in advance online ↗ and at our presale offices.
Ticket vouchers purchased online must be exchanged for a wristband on the day of Industry Night from 12pm onwards, at one of the eleven box offices. You can also purchase your wristband directly from any of the following presale offices:

Your Industry Night ticket (ticket voucher, wristband, Industry Night voucher) will allow you free access to the event via public transport (TNW) for free from 4pm onwards.
Box Offices
The box offices are open from 12pm on 19th April 2024. Here, you can buy your wristband or redeem your ticket voucher or Industry Night voucher. You can pay by card, the TWINT app, or cash.

Getting Around
Your Industry Night ticket gives you free access to the public transport network across the TNW zone ↗ (second class) from 4pm until closing.
Our free shuttle buses will run from business to business from 6pm until midnight. Buses will run every 15–20 minutes.
Wheelchair-accessible IVB vehicles will be available for people with disabilities to get from business to business. Unfortunately these are not able to offer journeys home. They can be booked by telephone during Industry Night on +41 (0)79 424 30 77 / IVB ↗.
Tips
Information point: Head to the information point at Messeplatz on Friday 19th April from 12pm for information about Industry Night.
Luggage: Please avoid bringing any large items of luggage and be sure to wear suitable footwear.
Wait times: Programmes with a limited group size can have longer wait times.
Toilets: Sanitary facilities are available across the event unless otherwise specified.
Accessibility: Programmes are wheelchair accessible unless otherwise specified.
