About Weleda
Weleda is the world’s leading manufacturer of certified natural cosmetics and anthroposophical medicines. Their product portfolio includes around 1,000 medicines and 120 natural cosmetics. These products are developed according to the company’s understanding of humanity and nature. For decades, more than 500 natural substances have underpinned the formulation of their products, which contribute holistically to people’s health and wellbeing. Weleda products are available in over 50 countries. The company’s headquarters and largest production site are located in Arlesheim. More than half of the global production takes place in Arlesheim. This is where formulas are developed, ingredients are processed, and products are manufactured.
